Do you label clothing for your brand, fulfill client orders, or perhaps need durable prints for an event? Order DTF printing by the meter on 30 cm wide and 100 cm long film . This is an extremely economical solution, where you pay for the surface area, not the number of colors or the size of a single logo. With our built-in Design Wizard, arranging graphics (also known as gang sheets) is child's play and 100% automated.
What do you need to know about our DTF transfers?
- Highest quality and flexibility: The print is highly saturated, has a thick white underprint, and works perfectly with the material. It is highly resistant to repeated washing and does not crack.
- Zero Weeding: Forget about tedious flex film peeling! With DTF technology, you cut the graphic by the meter with regular scissors and apply it directly to the garment.
- Working area (Important!): The total width of the foil is 30 cm. However, the safe print area is a maximum of 28.5 - 29 cm . This is because the machine requires a margin of approximately 1 cm on each side to guide the foil through the pressure rollers.
- Universal use: DTF transfers can be applied to any color of fabric (light and dark) and almost any composition: cotton, polyester, mixed materials, softshell, and even jeans.
How to optimally arrange a project in the Creator?
- Click the green "Creator" button. You will see a work area corresponding to 1 linear meter.
- Upload your graphics, logos or clothing labels ( PNG files with a transparent background , optimally at 300 DPI resolution, are required).
- Arrange, duplicate, and rotate graphics to maximize your workspace.
- Watch your margins: Don't place key design elements right on the edge (outside the 28.5-29 cm width) to avoid printing issues.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why is the print width 28.5-29 cm on 30 cm foil?
The transfer film itself is 30 cm wide. However, DTF printers are equipped with small rollers (called guide rollers) that move the film and keep it flat on the tabletop. To prevent these rollers from running over wet, freshly applied ink and smudging it, we need to leave a clear margin of about 1 cm on the left and right sides of the film.
Do I need to save the file as a mirror image before uploading it to the creator?
No need! Upload all graphics, text, and logos in their natural, legible form. Our DTF (RIP) machine control software will automatically and independently mirror them during file processing for printing.
How to correctly apply (heat) a DTF print?
Cut your graphic out of the base foil. Place it on the fabric so that the graphic adheres to the fabric (with the matte side facing up). We recommend a press temperature of 135-145°C and a press time of 15-16 seconds (medium pressure). We use universal foils (hot/cold peel) for printing, so theoretically you can remove the foil immediately, but in our experience, we recommend waiting for the print to cool slightly (or completely in a cold environment) . This increases safety and ensures that the adhesive has bonded firmly to the fabric. Finally, heat the print through parchment paper or Teflon for about 5 seconds.
